Our school library will be purchasing the new Sunshine State Young Readers Award (SSYRA) books as part of our ongoing effort to provide students with engaging, high-quality literature aligned with Florida’s recommended reading programs.

The SSYRA titles are selected to encourage a love of reading, expose students to a variety of genres and perspectives, and support literacy growth. These books will be available to students through the library during the upcoming school year.
We value our families’ partnership and understand that parents may have questions or concerns about specific titles. If you would like more information about any of the SSYRA books or wish to share a concern, please do not hesitate to contact me.
