  • Description: The Battle of the Books Club is for students who love to read and enjoy friendly competition!  We read the SSYRA books, discuss important details from the books, and in April, compete against other Middle School teams to find out who knows the books the best.

  • Description:  Students at Legacy who try out and make the team show school spirit, pride, and leadership. The Cheerleaders will perform at school activities and basketball games. The team works very hard to entertain the crowd and promote quality performance as students, dancers, and leaders at LMS. The team performs primarily at home basketball games and pep rallies/Legacy events, with a few away games, where we will ride with the players on a bus and back to school after all games. Practice will be once a week for an hour to practice cheers and performances.

  • Description:  Your child will audition to be a part of the Jets Green Performance Dance Team. This team will be diving into additional training outside of the dance classes that are already provided as their elective here at our school, learn parts of the following year's performance dance within different combinations and across the floor exercises, and prepare for OCPS Dance Performance Assessments, and eventually participate in Florida State Assessments. Again, this is a PERFORMANCE TEAM. Your child will need to have full commitment to the performances and events offered on and off campus. This team will meet once a week for an hour to further work and train their skills and techniques.
